The Idaho Potato Commission (IPC) has released its 2011 Shippers &Processors Directory.
The directory provides updated contact information for all licensed Idaho shippers, exporters and suppliers;brand listings and shed numbers are also included.
Additionally, there is a comprehensive section that highlights all the potato varieties grown in Idaho and offers pertinent information for the foodservice operator like usage tips, appearance and flavor profile.

Commercial and non commercial foodservice operators can also request printed copies (up to five) by sending an email to ipc@potato.idaho.gov. Include “Shippers &Processors Directory” in the subject line and your mailing address in the text.
