Better Made Snack Foods upgrades Direct Store Delivery Solution
Junio 18, 2011

Better Made Snack Foods of Detroit, Michigan, has deployed all new handheld and printer hardware throughout its independent operator-based distribution network, according to its supplier, Ross Computer Systems, a leading provider of direct store delivery software solutions. Better Made currently uses Ross 360° DSD Mobile and Ross 360° DSD Office software applications.

The new hardware provides Better Made with the latest technology for communications, printing and product scanning, and offers a more rugged solution than the previous devices they had been using.

"We definitely got our money out of the PDA-style devices that we had been using for years. But our team and our distributors wanted to move to a more rugged and traditional style DSD unit and Bluetooth printer,"says Better Made President, Mark Winkelman.
