McDonald's Ukraine expands fast food chain to 64 restaurants

McDonald's Ukraine Company has opened the McDonald's fast food restaurant at 14a, Krasnova Street in Odesa, expanding its chain in the city to the seventh and 64th in Ukraine

According to a Monday press release of the company, investment in the construction of the restaurant was some $1.5 million.

As reported, McDonalds Ukraine Company plans to invest in the opening of eight new restaurants and reconstruction of three existing ones in 2009.

McDonalds Ukraine also said that it plans to quadruple the number of its restaurants in Ukraine in ten years, to 240 restaurants.
