Tim's Cascade Snacks is a manufacturer of potato chips and popcorn in 2019 acquired by Utz Quality brands.
Tim's Cascade Snacks was founded in 1986 by Tim Kennedy and its production facilities are located in the U.S. state of Washington. Their "premium quality"potato chips, packaged in distinctive red and white striped bags, are kettle-cooked in peanut oil.
Popular flavors include Lightly Salted, Jalapeño, and Maui Onion. A unique flavor is Tim's Cascade Style Wasabi Potato Chips. In 2003, Tim's won the American Culinary Institute's Gold Medal Taste Award for the potato chip category.
Tim's Chips are most prominent in the Pacific Northwest, but they are also marketed elsewhere in the United States and in some parts of Asia.
