The Sormac knife peelers MS are suitable for continuous peeling of pre-washed or pre-peeled root products, like potatoes, red beet, celeriac etc.

Sormac Potato halving and quartering machine DMA

Sormac DMA-90 has the capability to cut potatoes into 2, 4 or 8 pieces. The product must be supplied in doses. The machine has a stable frame, aligning rollers, and a cutting section with a centring and knife block.

Sormac Peeling machine CBS / MBS

The Sormac peeling machine is ideal for carborundum and knife peeling of root products such as potatoes, celeriac, kohlrabi, red beets, and baby carrots.

Sormac Roller peeler CRP
