This year in Ukraine the demand for seed potatoes is higher than in previous years, there is a significant shortage of quality seeds, EastFruit reports .

As of October 2024, 12 new potato varieties were added to the State Register of Plant Varieties Suitable for Distribution in Ukraine during 2024. Four of these varieties are of French selection, four are German, and four are Dutch.

It is the only specialized event for potato production in Ukraine organized in close cooperation between the Ukrainian Association of Potato Producers and DLG Ukraine LLC.
