PPM Ultra Conveyor

The PPM Technologies Ultra conveyor was designed to accommodate a wide range of products and applications, including heavy, hard-to-move products such as meat, poultry, fruits or vegetables.

The Ultra takes advantage of a simple, proven drive with reliable mechanical components, is energy-efficient and features a washdown-friendly enclosed sanitary design. This straightforward design does away with covers and tensioning belts, and offers improved serviceability with quick installation and removal.
 Intelligent Drive Design

The Ultra features a pair of quiet, simple and reliable eccentric drives; the drive system requires no gears, pulleys or belts, and it’s sealed against dust and liquid.

These cleverly engineered out-of-balance drives are synchronized and powered by a VFD, allowing for total control over product speed rates. The Ultra’s base structure and leaf-spring design produce a longer stroke at a low CPM, resulting in more effective product movement and a longer conveyor life span.

The Ultra’s excellent vibration isolation allows the conveyor to be mounted to most existing sub-structures, and the option to invert the conveyor’s base structure for applications such as dewatering makes the Ultra the intelligent choice for moving challenging products.

PPM’s Ultra conveyor is made with USDA-approved materials and can be constructed entirely of stainless steel for washdown environments.
