The Allround hydro cooler is designed to cool down the product, before transportation. Hydro cooling dramatically increases the shelf-life of the vegetables. Allround is able to deliver hydro coolers that are capable of cooling vegetables and other produce from a very low volume, to very large quantities.

Installation parts
Intralox belt
The produce is transported by an Intralox® flush grid, which is a special open polyethylene belt for the food industry. This belt is included in all types of hydro cooling units for vegetables and other produce. The cooling unit is a ‘Bitzer’ air-cooled condensing unit with a semi-hermetic reciprocating compressor, with an air-cooled Helpman condensing unit. Furthermore, the liquid receiver is TÜV tested.
