Variety Description

Sirtema is an early, rather waxy ware potato. Very suitable for the cultivation of table potatoes in the warm regions of Europe. Sirtema is a very popular variety in Southern Europe, such as Italy and in France and Austria.

  • Flesh Color: Light yellow to creamy white.

  • Texture: Smooth texture with a firm, waxy consistency.
