Variety Description

The Levinata KWS is a medium early ripening potato variety primarily used for crisping. It is known for its high yield and produces round to round-oval tubers with yellow skin and flesh. The dry matter content is approximately 24.1%, classifying it as cooking type BC, with no discoloration after cooking. This variety is resistant to Potato Cyst Nematode Ro1 and has a long dormancy period.

In terms of plant characteristics, the Levinata KWS has a semi-upright to spreading growth habit, with medium to tall height and large to very large, open foliage. The plant exhibits a high to very high frequency of flowers, with large inflorescences and weak anthocyanin coloration on the peduncle.
