AAHAR 2025 to Host 3,000 Exhibitors, a 70 percent Surge
Premier B2B food and hospitality trade fair, AAHAR 2025, is set to take place from March 5 to 9, 2025, in New Delhi. AAHAR is organized by the India Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO) at Pragati Maidan, which spans 150 acres, with 123,000 square meters of covered and 200,000 square meters of open expo area. Aahar 2025 is expected to see around 70% more exhibitors compared to AAHAR 2024.

"Around 3,000 exhibitors are expected to participate in Aahar 2025, and they will use at least 100,000 square meters of the exhibition area at the Pragati Maidan."
This annual event brings together a diverse range of exhibitors and visitors from India as well as 20-odd foreign countries, offering a unique platform to explore the latest trends, innovations, and opportunities in the food and hospitality industry. More than 1,800 exhibitors and 25,000 industry professionals attended AAHAR 2025, a ticketed event.

"The preparation for the AAHAR 2025 is going on. Among the new countries, Greece and Turkey have shown interest. Usually, exhibitors from about 20 countries participate in the Aahar expo. This time, the number of foreign countries participating in this event is likely to cross 25."

AAHAR 2024, a Recap: Held from March 7 to 11, 2024, AAHAR 2024 witnessed a remarkable turnout of exhibitors and visitors. AAHAR 2024 showcased a diverse range of potato products, equipment, and innovations from over 1,800 exhibitors. Exhibitors showcased a variety of potato-based products, including frozen potato products like French fries, hash browns, and potato wedges. Dehydrated potato products such as potato flakes, potato powder, and instant mashed potatoes were also on display. Additionally, a wide range of snack foods were showcased, including potato chips, crisps, and other snack items.
