Exhibitors Claim Inter FoodTech Exhibition Was A Big Success With Industry-Specific Quality Visitors

On June 7-9, the Bombay Exhibition Center in Mumbai organized a trade fair of technology suppliers for the food processing, snacks & bakery industries, and packaging solution providers.

The three-day event attracted 261 exhibitors from 20 countries and was quite successful. It was the second edition of Inter FoodTech exhibition, while Snack & BakeTec and PacMechEx were also held simultaneously.

"The choice of exhibitors is industry-specific, and they are very experienced in the food business. There were also exhibitors from various food enterprises, with whom we talked and had a great time."

Overall, the quality of the visitors was excellent, and they were very understanding. We particularly appreciated their company at the expo as they could make wise decisions.

The most exciting aspect of this expo was the presence of national and foreign exhibitors, which provided us an excellent opportunity to connect with international exhibitors while keeping abreast of local developments.

Among the prominent exhibitors included Gandhi Automations Pvt Ltd, which is into entrance automation and loading bay equipment manufacturing.

Among the material handling and packaging solutions providers, Spectrum Tech World and Techno Pack Industries were prominent exhibitors with their range of multi-purpose shrink wrap machines, pallet stretch wrapping machines, shrink tunnel machines, and flexible roller conveyors.

Shanmukhkumar B Chetti, Director of Marketing, Spectrum Tech World, said the company manufactures and supplies all types of shrink wrap machines, such as fully-automatic lane diverter shrinkwrapping machines, fully-automatic shrinkwrapping machines with multi-lane, and semi-automatic shrink wrap machines. However, these are only a few of several other categories of machines it manufactures, he informed. 

With solutions for production, processing, and packaging for the baker, snacks, chocolate, and snacks industry, Standard Machinery Corporation was another notable exhibitor at the 3-day event. It represents several large multinational equipment makers in the food processing, production, and packaging industries.

Natural Storage Solutions, which specializes in post-harvest sorting and storage solutions, was present with its range of conveyors, telescopic conveyors, store loaders, fruit sorting, and grading line.

Unique Equipments, which manufactures metal detection systems for removing ferrous and non-ferrous contaminants in food items, was attracting many visitors to its stall.

Sandip Pandit, General Manager of Unique Equipments, was answering queries from the visitors. FlexLink Compact Spiral Elevator provides increased access to the production floor and the possibility of transporting goods vertically.
