Star studded launch of 'poto' potato flakes in India

Tollywood diva Rituparna Sengupta, soccer star and ex-captain of India's national football team Baichung Bhutia, sports minister Madan Mitra, politician Sadhan Pandey and Pailan group head Apurba Saha were present at the launch of Poto potato flakes, produced by Ascon Agro Products Limited and marketed by Pailan Food ltd.

Apurba Saha said at the launch, “‘Poto’ is the highest quality product rated in domestic and international market.”

“For production of our flakes we use organic potatoes of selected edible varieties, not genetically modified, cultivated under strict supervision. They are obtained from the best potato growing regions of West Bengal with characteristics of excellent soil-climate conditions for potatoes cultivation.”

‘Poto’ is marketed as a low calory food products which has no sugar or fat but is rich in taste.
