More than 1,600 people attended the second annual Washington-Oregon Potato Conference Jan. 25-27 in Kennewick, Washington.
That’s about the same number as last year, but attendees came earlier and stayed later and there were more exhibitors, according to a news release from the Moses Lake-based Washington State Potato Commission.
Next year’s conference will be held Jan. 24-26.
