Max Foods India Launches Dirty Potato Chips

US Snack foods manufacturer Dirty Potato is all set to enter the Indian market.

Dirty potato will market its kettle cooked potato chips under the Max Foods brand in India. The product line includes the variety like Jalapeño Heat, Mesquite Cracked Pepper, Sea Salt, Vinegar and many more, which would be available at selective outlets all across India.

Speaking on the occasion Mr. Amit Lohani- MD- Max Foods India Pvt Ltd, said "The Indian FMCG sector with a market size of US$13.1 billion is the fourth largest sector in the world and is expected to grow in multiples in near future. The shift in the consumer behaviour towards the all natural snacks will give a solid boost for our product acceptance. We foresee immense possibilities for growth here, and if we are able to give our consumers value for their money, we are sure of higher growth in future."

The Product is expected to be launched at an inaugural price of Rs.160/- all across India.

The pricing is kept competitive in comparison to other International chips brands from USA and Europe to achieve high volumes in the first six months of launch.
