The 2011 SWEETS &SNACKS EXPO is sold out, reflecting 13 percent exhibitor growth from 2010, according to the NCA.

There are 541 candy and snack companies slated to participate in the EXPO May 24 to 26, 2011 at McCormick Place in Chicago.

Larry Graham, NCA president, says: “Our attendee registration count is also tracking ahead of our record-breaking 2010 show counts, and 29 percent of our exhibitors are new to the EXPO. We continue to evolve the event so that it offers more value to the industry — from the 162 new exhibitors at this year’s show to the keynote sessions that offer insights and ideas in today’s marketplace.”
