KMC's board of directors announced today that Michael Jensen, CEO has resigned his position with immediate effect.

A resignation agreement has therefore been made and part of this agreement is that neither party states the reasons for termination of the cooperation.

KMC begins the task of finding a new CEO as soon as possible. Until a new CEO has been appointed KMC’s management group will report to Martin Arvad, Chairman of KMC’s Board of Directors.

KMC’s board of directors emphasizes that the new strategy formulated under Michael Jensen’s management will continue.

Michael Jensen was appointed CEO of KMC in September last year.
