La falta de semillas, agroinsumos, fertilizantes, herbicidas, equipos y repuestos son la razón por la cual las hectáreas de siembra han venido disminuyendo, por lo que al cierre de 2016 se habrá sembrado entre 60 % y 65 % del total de hectáreas de papa y hortalizas.
