Kanchan Metals offers a complete solution for producing fried collets (Kurkure or Cheetos Style products) or Pellets, a popular fried snack. The production line includes all necessary machinery and processes to ensure high efficiency and quality.

Continuous frying lines are equipped with the latest technology allowing flexibility to utilize it for frying of the various shape of pellets like Wheel, Ring, Scoop, Alphabets, Bugle, Animal and deliver the best expansion to a product. An integrated seasoning system is meant for duo use and the customer can choose to do Slurry spraying of drying seasoning on the product.

Working Process

• Mixing and Blending: Raw materials are combined into a uniform dough. 
• Extrusion: The dough is extruded into pellet shapes. 
• Frying: The extruded pieces are fried to achieve the desired texture. 
• De-oiling: Excess oil is removed from the fried pellets. 
• Seasoning: The fried pellets are coated with various seasonings. 
• Cooling: The seasoned pellets are cooled to maintain their crispiness. 
• Packaging: The cooled pellets are packaged, weighed, and sealed for distribution.
