The aggressivity setting on the premium tined weeder can be adjusted hydraulically from extremely gentle (for blind weeding) to ultra aggressive (for crust breaking). The contact pressure on the Aerostar-Fusion is up to 6 kg / 13.20 lbs per tine.
The premium weeder is an absolute superstar in the tined weeder segment in all areas, from tine arrangement, adjustment and fixing, to tyre equipment and frame construction.

Advantages of Einbock Aerostar‑Fusion
Advantages of Einbock Aerostar‑Fusion
- Constant tine pressure of up to 6 kg / 13 lbs along the entire spring deflection
- Big frame clearance of up to 530 mm / 21" for higher crops (e.g. corn, sunflowers, etc.)
- Tines which can be swivelled up (transport & working positions) with quick-change system
- Biggest possible operational reliability & precision
- Practical, operator-friendly & durable design
7 mm (0.28") tines – the perfect tine thickness for arable crops, vegetables, herbs and more
The 7 mm / 0.28" thick and 530 mm / 20.87" long tines ensure consistent, accurate and precise results. The lateral spring deflection is limited during operation by the elongated plastic holder.
7 mm (0.28 inch) tines – the perfect tine thickness for arable crops, vegetables, herbs and more
At 28 mm / 1.10", the line spacing is optimised for ultimate precision. The coordinated ratio between line spacing and tine length also ensures excellent results with standard crops such as grains, beets, soya and corn, as well as with special and ridged crops.
28 mm / 1.10 inch line spacing
The Aerostar-Fusion has a frame clearance of up to 530 mm / 20.87" (depending on the tine position), meaning that it is suitable for weeding higher crops and ridges too.
Up to 53 cm / 20.90 inch frame clearance for weeding tall crops & ridges
Optimised tine radius & 10 cm / 3.94" tine wear length
The tine radius has been flattened off to enable efficient, blockage-free weeding, even if there is a high amount of organic matter. This means that less material can build up in the tines. The wear length of the 7 mm / 0.28" tines is 100 mm / 3.94". Tines with rounded carbide tips are available for large farms and contractors.

Large beam spacing for good material flow
The 6 beams that the weeder tines are mounted on are spaced far apart. This ensures a better passing of organic matter and no blockages when working with the tined weeder.
Large beam spacing for good material flow
Tines with a quick-change-system with no need to remove the springs
A plus point during machinery maintenance and servicing. Individual tines in the plant row can also be quickly "hung out", e.g. when working with very sensible crops.
Steady guidance of the tines through "elongated" holders
The tines are mounted in the centre of the "elongated" holders, which ensure they are guided steadily and accurately. The individual tines can also be rapidly changed via a quick-change system.
The tine adjustment & tine suspension
Precisely tuned geometry ensures constant aggressivity regardless of the tine position
The geometry of the tines has been perfectly tuned to ensure that they always exert the same contact pressure on the soil in any position (steep, aggressive or dragging). This ensures the same level of aggressivity e.g. when working on very uneven ground or on ridges/in beds.
Gentle weeding with the tines’ own weight & max. contact pressure of up to 6 kg / 13 lbs
The Aerostar-Fusion can produce up to 6 kg of contact pressure to weed heavily crusted and hard soils with precision. One of the Aerostar-Fusion’s biggest advantages is that the level of aggressivity does not change when the tine position is changed.
This enables the premium tined weeder to be adjusted with extreme precision and keeps the selected tine pressure 100% constant.
Adjusting the tine pressure via the horizontal "parallel shift"
The compact double frame allows the tine pressure to be adjusted without lowering the clearance.
Adjusting the tine pressure via the horizontal parallel shift
To increase durability and facilitate servicing, the standard double springs are placed above the frame. The spring deflection is also fixed by the special Einböck wireless springs and the springs cannot "swing" upwards or "hang through".
Tines can be swivelled up hydraulically
The tine sections on the Aerostar-Fusion premium weeder can be swivelled up and are limited in movement towards the front. This has the following advantages:
- No tine bending on the headland
- Safe road transport & compact transport position
- No hanging tines when parking the machine
- Comfortable driving on both field and road

Closed and tidy frame
The closed, tidy frame design offers the following advantages:
- The chassis adapts perfectly to the ground
- Easy folding and compact transport
- Long service life of the machine
- Support wheels can be mounted flexible on the frame
- Smooth running machine – even at high speeds
Closed and tidy frame
The tine weeder frame can be converted from rigid to flexible to enable following the ground better, particularly on slopes or on uneven surfaces.
Very smooth-running machine
Even at high speed or working at uneven fields, the frame design ensures that the machine runs very smoothly. This means there is no build-up of vibration on the Aerostar-Fusion, which significantly increases the machine's service life.
Hydraulic headland setting
The wings can easily be folded up at the headland. This ensures a comfortable and safe turning at the headlands.

Support wheels with tractor tyre profile
All support wheels are fitted with a tractor tyre profile what cleans them easier and ensures a tidy operation. In addition, this profile leaves a rough surface and does not press the soil firmly.
Thus, the following weeder tines of the rear support wheels can work better and the soil is worked through completely. For larger working widths, the wheels on the wings are automatically swivelled in during the folding process, so there's no need to leave the cab.
Support wheels mounted behind the tractor tyre tracks
The position of the front support wheels can be adjusted to follow the tractor tyre tracks precisely. This enables a smooth run of the Aerostar-Fusion. Furthermore it prevents further tracks being made in the field too.
The support wheel position is infinitely adjustable thanks to the special adjustment rail. This enables the wheels to be quickly adapted to different row spacings, crops and ridges.
Pivoting rear support wheels
The pivoting support wheels at the rear of the implement ensure that the machine runs smoothly (especially at high speeds), even on bends.
The wheels lock into the middle position as early as the implement is being raised to ensure that the wheels do not swivel when lifted. Moreover the wheels can always be set down "in the middle" behind the machine when at the headland.
