Vicky is a mid-season maturity variety with round -oval tubers and dark red skin. Vicky has a high set and produces a high percentage of C -Size tubers. Moderate resistance to common scab and fair storability. Vicky is all about convenience, fresh flavours and excellent culinary attributes. Great for boiling, roasting, mashing and microwaving.
