Variety Description

The Sissi potato variety features smooth, yellow skin with shallow eyes and yellow flesh. Known for its firm, waxy texture and mild, buttery flavor, it is ideal for boiling, salads, roasting, and frying. 

Sissi potatoes are high-yielding, early to mid-season, and demonstrate good resistance to common potato diseases like late blight and scab. They thrive in well-drained, fertile soil and temperate climates, and are best stored in cool, dark, dry conditions.
