Odysseus is a Solana's medium late and high-yielding crisps variety. Due to the starch content, round-oval form and the excellent baking quality Odysseus is predestined as processing raw material.
A light yellow flesh and shallow eye depth round that fact off. Because of a rapid tuber bulking, processing can start with green top lifting. The strengths include very good tolerances concerning blackleg, black spot and common scab. Resistant to PCN Ro 1.
