BioGold is suitable for all soil types provided the soil does not have an increased susceptibility to common scab. Do not plant too early when the soil is too cold.
It requires a high level of fertilisation at the start and develops an open canopy with a moderate number of tubers. It has a quick and fi rm skin-set which gives a low susceptibility to harvest damage.
