IBIE 2025 - The Baking Expo™

The International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) 2025 is scheduled for September 13–17, 2025, at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.  A dedicated day for educational sessions is planned for September 13, 2025. 

This premier event, also known as The Baking Expo™, is the largest gathering for the grain-based foods industry in the Western Hemisphere. It brings together professionals from all segments of the baking supply chain to showcase cutting-edge technologies, equipment, and new products. 

IBIE 2025 offers a comprehensive experience, including interactive features, networking events, and educational sessions tailored to various industry segments such as artisan, cake and pastry, pet food, pizza, retail baking, snack foods, wholesale baking, and tortilla production. 

The exposition is jointly produced by the American Bakers Association (ABA), Bakery Equipment Manufacturers and Allieds (BEMA), and the Retail Bakers of America (RBA). All proceeds from this nonprofit event are reinvested back into the industry.
