Tyrrell's Potato Chips knows its potato supplier intimately. In fact, the British company knows everything about the potatoes it uses, all the way from seed to chip. That's because Tyrrells started as a potato farm, and when price pressures became too much, the company branched out into hand-fried potato chips.
Two Taste staffers came across different flavors at two Dallas stores – Central Market and World Market – and brought them in for sampling. So Tyrrells must be moving into this market.
