Liselotte is a mid-late variety. It can be used as a table potato and for salads, with a yellow skin and flesh color. Liselotte has a high number of tubers. The tubers are long oval, with flat eyes. Liselotte has an excellent taste. It is a waxy breed with a good underwater weight. Suitable for long-term storage.
