The Polisher TD features a rotating drum equipped with high-quality nylon brushes that gently polish the produce as it moves through the system. Fresh and/or recycled water is sprayed via two integrated water pipes, ensuring thorough cleaning while the produce rubs against other items and the rotating brushes.
Material Options & Durability
The Polisher TD is available in two configurations:
- Mild Steel Variant: The frame is constructed from painted mild steel, while the doors, infeed, outfeed, and covers are made of stainless steel. Bearings, drive/idle rollers are mild steel, and the drum, spacers, brush shafts, and motor bridge are made of galvanized steel.
- Stainless Steel Variant: The entire frame, doors, infeed, outfeed, and covers are stainless steel, ensuring superior corrosion resistance. Bearings, drive/idle rollers remain mild steel, while the drum, spacers, brush shafts, and motor bridge are galvanized steel.
Efficient Produce Flow Control
The flow of produce is regulated through a drum valve, which can be operated manually or electronically to suit customer needs. A variety of brush hardness levels and colors are available, allowing customization for different crop types and optimal polishing results.
Advanced Water Management & Recycling
To optimize water usage, the Polisher TD can be fitted with a water gutter or recirculation tank. Additionally, an integrated filter belt can be included to remove solid and organic waste from the recirculated water. The system offers both manual and automatic water management with options for manual/automatic inlet and outlet valves and a water level meter. The subframe height is adjustable between 0-5 meters to accommodate different operational requirements.
