The Samba potato is a medium-late maturing variety with deep yellow skin and pale yellow flesh, and an oval to long-oval shape. It’s high-yielding and stores well. Known for its rich, buttery flavor and smooth, creamy texture, Samba is ideal for boiling, mashing, and roasting.
