Variety Description

Manistee is an early Maincrop variety with excellent chip processing qualities out of long-term storage. It produces above average yield and specific gravity. Tubers are round, slightly netted, tan coloured skin with low incidence of internal defects. Manistee has better tolerance to blackspot bruise.
