The Libertie potato is an early maincrop variety developed by Caithness Potato Breeders Ltd., resulting from a cross between the 'Harmony' and 'Divaa' cultivars. The uniform tubers are great baked but also suitable for other uses like boiling and mashing. A good choice for the show bench.
