Kufri Megha is a high-yielding, disease-resistant potato variety with smooth, light cream to white skin and white flesh. It is well-suited for cultivation in the northeastern region of India, particularly under rain-fed conditions. It offers good culinary qualities for boiling, baking, and frying, with excellent storage properties and strong resistance to late blight.
