Variety Description

Cyprus is a medium-maturing (80-90 days) potato variety with yellow tubers, red eyes, and white cream flesh. It has a semi-compact canopy, violet flowers, and blue-violet sprouts. Known for its high resistance to late blight, good storability, and attractive tubers. It has high dry matter, low reducing sugar, and a waxy texture, making it ideal for chips and French fries.
