Celandine is a mid-early potato variety developed by HZPC and registered in France (2013). It produces long-oval, yellow-skinned tubers with pale yellow flesh and shallow eyes. Known for its firm texture and excellent taste, it is ideal for salads. The variety has good storability and a high tuber count, but is susceptible to late blight and PVY.
