ANUSCHKA

Anuschka is an early season, very high yielding fresh market potato variety with high numbers of round oval tubers per plant. The tubers have a smooth yellow skin and yellow flesh color and are very attractive.

It is really good for early packing. Anuschka has medium storage capabilities and when cooked or peeled has a high resistance to discoloration. Anuschka is a German variety developed and owned by Europlant.
