The Europatat Congress 2025 is scheduled to take place from 11 to 13 June 2025 at the Hôtel Barrière in Lille, France. Organized by Europatat in collaboration with the French potato trade association FEDEPOM, this annual event brings together professionals from across the European potato sector to discuss industry trends, challenges, and innovations.

Key Highlights
- 11 June: Europatat members will participate in closed-door sessions reviewing progress and strategy within the organization's five key commissions: seed potatoes, consumption potatoes, sustainability, technical and regulatory issues, and RUCIP.
- 12 June: The congress will officially open to all participants at 11:30 AM. Keynote speaker Patrick Baudry, a renowned former French astronaut, will share insights on leadership in uncertain conditions, drawing from his experiences in space exploration. Following the keynote, a panel discussion titled “The French table potato market and its impact on the rest of Europe” will bring together industry experts to discuss challenges and opportunities within the French market and its influence across the continent.
- 13 June: An optional visit to the Port of Dunkirk is planned, providing attendees with additional networking opportunities and insights into the logistics of the potato trade.
