In response to evolving market demands across diverse industries, Tummers Group is excited to announce a comprehensive restructuring of its organization and strategic approach.

The shift aims to ensure flexibility, growth, and sustainability for the coming generations. With this transformation, Tummers Group sets the foundation for long-term stability, meeting market needs today and for the future.

Erwin Tummers, who has served as CEO, will transition into the role of Chairman and Owner of Tummers Group, where he will oversee all Tummers activities from a high-level perspective. Lennaert van Dijk, previously Managing Director of Tummers Food Processing Solutions, will assume the role of CEO of Tummers Group, taking on strategic and tactical responsibilities.

Ricardo Moerkens, who has served as Managing Director of Tummers Metal Solutions, will move into the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), overseeing all production operations within the Group. Rounding out the leadership team, Richard de Bekker will continue as CFO.

This structural change will see Tummers Group operating more cohesively under a division-based organization. Business units—including Tummers Food Processing Solutions, Tummers Metal Solutions, Tummers Simon Dryers Technology, and the newly launched Tummers Kiron India—will work within the Group framework, benefiting from shared services such as IT, HR, Marketing, and Administration.

Erwin Tummers:

"We are evolving to stay ahead. As we grow, our focus remains on sustainability, certainty, and innovation in technology. While we are a manufacturing company at our core, our approach is increasingly aligned with that of a technology company."

Lennaert van Dijk:

"Our collaboration with Siemens underscores this shift as we also expand our digital services, enhancing capabilities such as spare parts ordering, access to manuals, and online monitoring of machine and line performance for predictive maintenance. These advancements minimize downtime and boost efficiency through intelligent AI and custom software, driving smart-, sustainable-, and energy-efficient solutions. Tummers Connect exemplifies this ambitious step toward a more connected and sustainable future."

The recently expanded E2E product line and the upcoming launch of Tummers Connect highlight Tummers’ commitment to innovative solutions that benefit clients and the planet. Tummers Group continues to explore new avenues to advance its sustainable footprint, with exciting projects in development.

The expansion into new markets is a key aspect of Tummers Group’s growth strategy. Tummers Kiron India will soon provide sales, spares, and service and, in time, local production capabilities, while Tummers USA is set to become a regional hub, providing sales support, service, and spare parts.

Lennaert van Dijk:

"With this restructuring, we are taking our first step toward a future that’s dynamic, sustainable, and client-centered. We are excited to strengthen our capabilities globally and support our customers even more effectively."

Tummers Group looks forward to sharing more developments as they unfold, leading the way into a promising future for the company and its customers.
