Potato Glory Introduces the New Potato Variety: Sifra

Welcome to Potato Glory SPUDLight series! These are HZPC's favourite potato varieties, and they can't wait to share them with you. Sifra is a crowd favourite. It's the perfect variety for making light, fluffy, creamy, decadent, oh-so-good mashed potatoes.

With a light yellow jacket and cream-coloured flesh, this fine and creamy #potato performs best when boiled or steamed. Sifra's strength is a light buttery aroma, flavour, and aftertaste.

This variety has a creamier texture and less skin separation compared to varieties like Kennebec. Consumer insights tell us that Sifra is well-liked by all age groups, but is particularly favored by younger consumers.

Seriously - so buttery good, you don't need to add all the fixing!
