Metcalfe’s skinny® popcorn has announced the launch of a new packaging design. The updated look will be rolled out into stores throughout the United Kingdom from the end of October.

The new creative combines bold colour schemes, with simplified layouts and messaging, which will appeal to a broad consumer base, whilst at the same time providing additional stand out on shelf.

The packs help bring the brand’s playful and lighter personality to life.

Marketing Director, Andrew Slamin on the relaunch:

“We feel the new designs aptly bring out Metcalfe’s skinny popcorn’s light hearted humour which will resonate with the whole family and help drive continued growth for the brand.”

The designs were created by the award winning brand design agency Springetts, under the direction of the in-house marketing team at Kettle Foods.

The Metcalfe’s skinny® brand is now purchased by a record number of households and year-on-year sales continue to grow at an impressive rate of +26.1%, over double the performance of the total popcorn market which grew by 10.8%, according to Nielsen data to 16th Sept 2016.
