Geoff Moar re-elected as AUSVEG Chair, Belinda Adams elected as Deputy Chair

New South Wales potato grower Geoff Moar has been re-elected to the position of AUSVEG Chair and Queensland vegetable grower Belinda Adams has been elected to the position of AUSVEG Deputy Chair following a Board meeting held on Thursday 24 November in Sydney.

Belinda Adams’ election follows a decision by Tasmanian grower David Addison to stand down as Deputy Chair after three years in the role. Mr Addison will continue to serve on the AUSVEG Board.

AUSVEG is the leading horticultural body representing Australia’s vegetable and potato industry.

The meeting coincided with the AUSVEG AGM, which was attended by representatives from all of the state grower organisations.
