West Coast Fine Foods today signed an agreement with the Belgium-based Agristo to launch high quality frozen potato products in the country.

“We are happy to partner with West Coast in bringing our potato products to this market. We see an exponential growth potential here and are confident of delighting the consumers with our products,” Agristo promoter Antoon Wallays said in a statement.

The entire range of potato products from Agristo would be available across 60 cities in phases. However, the company did not divulge the pricing details for these products.

“We aspire to be the brand of choice for the consumers who seek frozen food products of the highest quality, offered and delivered in the most convenient way conceivable. The products from Agristo add a new strategic dimension to our product basket besides complementing our existing offerings across leading retail stores in the country,” West Coast group director, Rahul Kulkarni said.
