SI Solutions proposes Potato Processing unit in Uttar Pradesh

The Uttar Pradesh government's attempt to bring in investment seem to be paying off. According to officials of the infrastructure and industrial development department of the state government, the Vardan Group has expressed its willingness to set up a corn processing industrial unit at Kannauj.

Similarly, SI Solutions has said it is interested in setting up a potato processing unit and also requested land for it. SI Solutions, has demanded 50 acres of land for the potato processing unit, where it proposes to invest Rs 400 crores. (65 million USD)
