La Iniciativa Papa Andina organizó este foro en el último congreso de la ALAP, celebrado en Cusco, Perú, entre el 23-28 de mayo de 2010, buscando un espacio de reflexión y discusión para que empresas, investigadores y productores pudieran identificar las bases para el desarrollo de mercados de alta exigencia en calidad, a partir de las experiencias que vienen estableciéndose.
