McCain Foods cutting 126 jobs at Fort Atkinson appetizer plant

McCain Foods USA announced to employees this morning that it will eliminate approximately 126 hourly and salaried jobs at its Fort Atkinson facility during the next three months.

The cuts are the result of production realignments at its appetizer plants, officials said. Some items will be transitioned to other plants beginning in June or July, with completion of the consolidation in September.

Approximately 14 salaried and 112 hourly employees will be affected. McCain Foods USA currently employs approximately 260 people at its Fort Atkinson plant.
