KMC to unveil exciting new product at FIE 2009: glazemaker

KMC for news

Starch manufacturer KMC

september 02, 2009
With FIE 2009 in Frankfurt just around the corner KMC is all geared up to show what is new and exciting within our comprehensive range of starch products and functional ingredients.

The newest star on the horizon is GlazeMaker - a functional starch blend developed specifically to replace egg wash for glazing your bakery products.

At FIE 2007 in London we introduced CheeseMaker and EmulsiForm and both products clearly met a need from the industry for high value, high quality products. This year we will continue the success with focus on the expanded applications for these products.

Of course, KMC’s well known quality of potato granules and flakes as well as FiberBind’s multi-functionality will also be highlighted.

And least, but not last, our wide program of native and modified starch products will always have a central part in KMC’s range of high quality solutions for the international food industry.
