In August 2024, Sticomax purchased DutchTecSource (DTS), a Dutch business known for its expertise in screw technology and thermal processes such as blanching, frying, and cooling. DTS designs and manufactures machines, transportation systems, and entire processing lines for the potato, vegetable, fruit, and mushroom processing sectors.

This acquisition broadens Sticomax's capabilities to provide modern solutions for all stages of potato processing, from raw material handling to final product preparation. Sticomax promises to develop innovative, hygienic joining and conveying systems by incorporating DTS technology, ensuring efficient and high-quality potato processing processes.
