Established in 2003, Maharaja Dehydration Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturer and exporter of dehydrated onion and garlic products headquartered in Mahuva, Gujarat, India. The company sells a variety of products, including kibbled, chopped, minced, granules, powder, toasted, and fried onions and garlic.

Maharaja Dehydration operates three production facilities that meet BRC and Sedex standards, producing roughly 35 metric tons of onion and garlic products per day, for a total of about 6,000 tons per year.Their in-house laboratory performs physical, chemical, and microbiological tests to assure product quality.
