Al-Salam Cooling Co.

Al-Salam Cooling is a member company of Al-Salam Investment Group, was established in 1999, located in Hebron, West-Bank, Palestine.

The cold storage ware house consisted of 14 chilled & deep frozen rooms with capacity of 1,400,000 KG of fresh fruits, vegetables and frozen food. It was constructed with the highest technology standards to make sure consumers are provided with top quality products. The machinery, appliances, and operation system are qualified with the highest international standards of food regulation.

The second project is designed especially for preparing, producing and packaging all kind of fruits & vegetables such as, Apple, Orange, Lemon, Potato and Onion to the final customers, with an extra line for producing & packaging apple vinegar and extra virgin olive oil from the Palestinian farms. These products are harvested from Palestinian land and are known world-wide for their genuine quality.

The third project was opened in 2008, to produce frozen vegetables such as peas, peas and carrots, sweet corn, mix vegetables, green beans, French fries and other vegetables depend on the local season for production, However while the products are distributed widely in the local market, there is an ambition and potential for international exportation.

The latest project is the frozen red meat factory with machinery to produce beef burger, kebab, minced meat and chopped meat with high level of food standards and quality.

The company has been following all kind of food regulation and food safety policies with HACCP & ISO 22000 international standards, This would provide consumers with quality food that is proudly nationally produced, In addition, the benefits for the local farmers who are the main providers for vegetables and fruits, plus the tens of workers who work in the company.
