Urschel to Showcase Advanced Food Cutting Solutions at Interpom 2024

Urschel, a global leader in food cutting technology, will present its latest advancements at Interpom 2024, taking place from November 24 to 26 in Kortrijk, Belgium. 

Renowned for delivering high-performance cutting solutions, the company continues to innovate and provide cutting-edge equipment to the food processing industry. 

Visitors to stand 134 can explore the Comitrol Processor Model 3640A, which offers enhanced processing capabilities with variable frequency drives (VFDs) on both the impeller motor and screw feeder motor. 

These VFDs enable increased speeds and greater processing versatility. Maintenance is simplified thanks to a specially designed feed hopper that retracts and swivels for easy access. 

Another highlight is the E TranSlicer Cutter, equipped with a conveyor discharge for seamless dispensing into totes. The robust 3-D DiversaCut 2110A Dicer will also be on display, offering precision and high-capacity output for demanding applications. 

Additionally, the TranSlicer 2520 Cutter, tailored for fresh-cut salad processing, will be showcased. This model now includes a Human-Machine Interface (HMI) for added operational benefits. The highly capable CC-DL Shredder will also feature among the lineup, demonstrating its versatility and efficiency.
