Elea’s Managing Director, Stefan Toepfl, and Mayor Michael Buergel welcome guests to the celebration of a milestone (reaching highest point) in the construction of their new headquarters in Quakenbrück
Elea Marks Milestone in the construction of their New Headquarters and PEF Test Centre
Elea is set to move into its new headquarters and PEF test center in Quakenbrück in April 2025. The new facility, located just a few hundred meters from their current site, will feature advanced pilot halls, laboratory spaces, a seminar area, and a showroom, enhancing their capabilities as a leading provider of PEF technology.
Last week, the roof was put up at Elea's new headquarters in Quakenbrück, marking a significant milestone in the construction process and providing a perfect reason to celebrate "Richtfest" (reaching highest point), a German tradition that takes place when the shell of a building is completed.
This celebration involves the "Richtkrone" (crown for the occasion of this ceremony), which is hung on the roof of the building. During the recent ceremony, Elea's cooperation partners at DIL Engineering GmbH contributed two "Richtkronen" that were ceremoniously placed on the building, showcasing the collaboration between Elea and its partners.
Elea´s Managing Director Stefan Toepfl and the Major of the Joint Municipality Artland, Michael Buergel welcomed about 75 participants and guests and highlighted Elea´s development into the leading PEF technology provider and gave an outlook into future activities.
The company is grateful to the team of architects and structural engineers around the Architecture office of Andreas Küpker and all the local building companies and craftsmen involved, without whom the quick construction of the new building would not have been possible!
Celebrating reaching the highest point of Elea's new headquarters, where the tradition of placing the 'Richtkrone' symbolizes the completion of the building shell. This milestone marks a significant step in Elea's journey as a leader in PEF technology
